For yoga classes, please bring your own yoga mat. Water is also encouraged.
For sound baths, meditations, Reiki circles, and most other events, feel free to bring water and anything that helps you feel comfortable. We provide blankets, bolsters, pillows, and other supportive props, though you're always welcome to bring your own favorites from home.

Many of our offerings are pregnancy-friendly. Please let us know if you are pregnant when booking so we can ensure the experience is appropriate and comfortable for you.

Do I need any experience to attend?

No experience is necessary. Whether you're joining a sound bath, meditation, yoga class, Reiki session, or workshop, all levels are welcome.
