A healing journey of sound & meditation to utilize the energies of the full moon to relax and release.  This will be facilitated by the use of crystal sound bowls, gong and guided meditation.

Dress comfortably and bring a mat and blanket.

In this small group, in-person past life exploration, we will discover past life experiences.  In this deep meditative journey you can uncover Past Life information that will assist you in understanding the karmic influences that affect you present day including karmic relationships, patterns and lessons that we bring with us into the present day.  

We will have a discussion about past lives, karma, etc before going on a meditation journey of exploration.

The Winter Solstice is a day of ceremony and celebration.  On this shortest day of the year we see the sun seem to hover along the equator as it marks the returning of the light.

In this darkest time of winter, the solstice is the energetic shift toward the inevitable return of longer days and the warmth of the sun.

In celebration and sharing, we gather to acknowledge the releasing of the autumn season and experience the inner light that can be experienced in the darkest places.

Meditation+ Sound Healing

This half-day course is for Reiki Practitioners previously attuned to level 2 or above.  We gather to explore Reiki energy and practices together.  We will revisit some techniques in an energy practice, and discover new ways to use Reiki energy for yourself and others.  Participants will also receive a Reiki re-attunement to strengthen and reconnect.  This will be a restorative and healing as well as educational.
