Join us as we gather to slow down, soften, and settle into stillness under the influence of the Pisces New Moon.

We will begin with a gentle kundalini practice to awaken and move energy through the body, helping the mind soften and the nervous system settle. From there, we will move into a trauma release practice designed to allow the body to unwind stored tension and create space for deeper presence.

 

Pisces energy invites us into the dreamscape, where intuition deepens, imagination expands, and the boundaries between the seen and unseen become softer. In this space we can access insight, healing, and messages from the deeper layers of the self.

Celebrate the Spring Equinox by waking early to gather and chant mantras as the sun rises. Mantra chanting is an ancient practice that works with our karma. Whatever we give comes back tenfold, so chanting 2 1/2 hours sacred mantras will cover your entire day with blessings. The Aquarian chants carry divine frequencies to help us open our hearts and rebalance our energetic bodies. Mantras will be accompanied by live guitar, and there will be a sound bath to conclude the practice.
