​Lion’s Gate is a yearly cosmic portal that occurs when the Sun returns to its home in Leo and the star Sirius rises in the sky into alignment with the Earth. Sirius shines 23x brighter than the sun and is known as the spiritual sun.

This celestial window opens between July 28 and August 12, peaking on the 8th. In numerology 8 carries the frequency of abundance, karmic cycles and transformation. Meditation and intentional practices during this gateway aligns your energy, supercharges your intentions, and magnifies manifesting energy. This is this chance to create shifts in the earthly and cosmic realms and connect with all that you are calling in. Come with an intention, your dreamiest dreams, or an openness to receive greater clarity.

We will be facilitating experience for your mind body soul to journey through your inner landscape to connect with these intentions and harmonize your nervous system to be able to receive what it is you’re manifesting.

For those who are wondering, a sound bath is an acoustic sound healing journey that relaxes the body, clears the subconscious, calms the mind, and activates your body’s natural healing systems. Since our bodies are comprised of mostly water. the different instruments and frequencies vibrate and activate every cell in your body, leaving you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

This Sunday morning workshop is an opportunity to connect and restore.  We will explore the practices of intuitive self care and you will be invited to receive healing and nurture through Reiki & Sound Healing.

Bring a journal or notebook.

A healing journey of sound & meditation to utilize the energies of the full moon to relax and release.  This will be facilitated by the use of crystal sound bowls, gong and guided meditation.

Dress comfortably and bring a mat and blanket.

In this small group, in-person past life exploration, we will discover past life experiences.  In this deep meditative journey you can uncover Past Life information that will assist you in understanding the karmic influences that affect you present day including karmic relationships, patterns and lessons that we bring with us into the present day.  

We will have a discussion about past lives, karma, etc before going on a meditation journey of exploration.

This one hour meditative experience is facilitated by 3 planetary attuned Gongs. Facilitated by Erin Villarino.  Participants will be invited to lay down comfortably with the support of mats, blankets and bolsters and enter a meditative state through the vibrational frequency of the gongs for healing, stress relief and relaxation.
