In this small group, in-person past life exploration, we will discover past life experiences.  In this deep meditative journey you can uncover Past Life information that will assist you in understanding the karmic influences that affect you present day including karmic relationships, patterns and lessons that we bring with us into the present day.

Our Prenatal Circle is a space for expecting mothers to come together in connection, community, and support.

Held Sunday mornings, each gathering begins with a gentle sharing circle, followed by meditative breathwork and functional movement designed to support your changing body and prepare you for birth.

This is an opportunity to slow down, deepen your connection with your body and your baby, and receive the softness, nourishment, and care that every mother deserves.

Guided by Erin Villarino, Birth Doula, Prenatal Yoga Instructor, and Reiki Master.

This is a donation-based offering. All are welcome, regardless of where you are in your pregnancy.

Celebrate the Fall Equinox by gathering in the evening to chant the Aquarian mantras while the sun sets. Mantra chanting is an ancient practice that works to rewrite our karma and subconscious patterns. The Aquarian chants carry special frequencies that rebalance our energetic bodies and open our heart to joy. Lyric sheets will be provided and the mantras will be performed with live guitar. A restorative sound bath concludes the practice.
